Objective 6. Establish feasability of Phase II Work to develop a fully functional Windows DLL to handle protocol management.

Prepare feasability report and finalize a proposal for Phase II of this project. Our expectation is that the prototype will establish the viability of this open architecture approach to real-time protocol implementation. By the end of the eighth of the project, a feasability study will be prepared. It will include feedback we have received from the participating consultants, and other parties we contacted during the initial phase of the work, who had indicated an interest in reviewing the prototype. If our expectation is supported by the feasability study, and work plan, and budget for Phase II of the project will be prepared.
