Objective 5. Develop specifications for access by an external software package, and a demonstration of how the process works.

Using the example that we have demonstrated with access to ck_Medical data, we will document how to invoke the different functions in the Protocol Engine, and how to properly set up and define data access, events, and processes for external software packages.
